Week 6: Tai Chi

This week, we welcomed Dr. King-Kok Cheung (also known as KK), a professor of English at UCLA and former UCEAP Director in Beijing (2008-10) and Shanghai (2015-17) to teach us several flexibility exercises with us. KK taught us a variety of challenging, yet rewarding exercises that targeted every part of the body and we were so glad to have her join us! Check out the exercise guide below for step-by-step guidance on some of the moves we learned and more!
