Winter 2022 // Week 5: Tai Chi

This week we had KK Cheung demonstrate flexibility exercises and basic training and strengthening exercises that are common in taichi practices. KK is a Professor of English at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the author of several books in Asian American Literature. Although not a certified Tai Chi instructor, KK has been practicing tai chi for decades and believes it is the perfect way to develop balance, mindfulness, and strength in a busy world. Attached are the Tai Chi moves that KK demonstrated with us.
