The cold and rainy weather may have left much of us feeling stagnant, but you can take the opportunity to warm up your body (and your heart) this Valentine's week with this full yoga class by Yoga with Adriene. This yoga class is made to strengthen and tone the body and leave you feeling stretched out and more in love with your true self.
